Personal and tailored service Our clients have permanent access to the attorney handling his affairs. We adapt the structure of our firm to the client, not the client to our own internal structure.

Responsiveness The structure of our firm enables that all e-mail and other communications are replied and attended to the same day, mostly within hours after. 

Cost efficiency: Companies and individuals are increasingly concerned about the increasing cost of protecting their IP assets. Our firm follows a clarity policy on costs. We make sure that the client knows at all times and in advance what the costs are and will be, with no hidden charges. Our trade mark and patent prosecution services are subject to flat fees and fixed rates. Other services are billed on an hourly basis, reasonably calculated, and an overall estimation is always provided as accurately as possible.

No individual billing targets: Our professionals are not subject to billing targets, so reducing the pressure to remain in the office at all times. We consider that this practice contributes to discourage communication between the professional and the client. We endeavour to keep all lines of communication open including meetings with clients where appropriate.
